What does our venture
building process look like?

Identifying and Evaluating Business Opportunities

The venture-building journey begins with identifying market-driven opportunities that have the potential for long-term success. Our sourcing process focuses on:

  • Market Intelligence: Analyzing industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to identify high-potential business ideas.
  • Problem Discovery: Engaging with industry stakeholders and potential customers to pinpoint pain points and unmet needs.
  • Opportunity Assessment: Evaluating business feasibility, scalability, and financial viability before committing resources.

At the end of this phase, we select only the most promising ideas with clear market potential for further validation.

Testing the Business Model and Concept Feasibility

Before investing heavily in product development, we conduct structured validation to ensure there is a real market need and problem-solution fit. This phase consists of two key steps:

Concept Unboxing:

  • Defining the business model, value proposition, and revenue potential.
  • Conducting market research and expert interviews to test initial assumptions.
  • Outlining the key success metrics and validation strategy.

Proof of Concept (PoC)

  • Developing a basic functional prototype to test the core idea in a controlled environment.
  • Running small-scale experiments to validate demand, usability, and willingness to pay.
  • Gathering initial customer feedback and refining the business model.

Key milestones in this phase:

  • Market need validation and confirmation of problem-solution fit.
  • Clear evidence that the concept is viable and addresses a genuine pain point.

At the end of the validation phase, we only move forward with ventures that demonstrate strong customer demand and a feasible business model.

Developing and Launching a Scalable Business

With a validated concept, the venture moves into execution, where we build the company, refine the product, and prepare for market entry. This phase consists of three key stages:

Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Development

  • Defining the business model, value proposition, and revenue potential.
  • Conducting market research and expert interviews to test initial assumptions.
  • Outlining the key success metrics and validation strategy.

Venture Creation

  • Developing a basic functional prototype to test the core idea in a controlled environment.
  • Running small-scale experiments to validate demand, usability, and willingness to pay.
  • Gathering initial customer feedback and refining the business model.

Market Launch

  • Market need validation and confirmation of problem-solution fit.
  • Clear evidence that the concept is viable and addresses a genuine pain point.

Key milestones in this phase:

  • Development and deployment of the MVP.
  • Company establishment and team formation.
  • Core team onboarding and product launch.

At this stage, the venture moves from prototype to a fully operational business with a functional product and an initial customer base.

Expanding and Driving Long-Term Growth Launch

Once the venture has successfully launched, the focus shifts to scaling operations, optimizing performance and expanding market reach.

Growth Acceleration

  • Refining product features and expanding the service offering based on user insights.
  • Increasing customer acquisition through scalable marketing and sales strategies.
  • Optimizing business processes and automating key operations to support growth.

Market Expansion

  • Expanding into new geographies, customer segments, and industry verticals.
  • Establishing strategic partnerships for distribution and ecosystem integration.
  • Exploring potential mergers, acquisitions, or funding rounds to fuel expansion.

Financial Sustainability

  • Achieving positive EBITDA and profitability milestones.
  • Raising additional growth-stage investment where necessary.
  • Strengthening competitive advantages to ensure long-term success.

Key milestones in this phase:

  • Achieving product-market fit and significant revenue growth.
  • Scaling operations efficiently while maintaining financial health.

At this stage, the venture is positioned for sustainable growth, long-term impact, and potential industry leadership.
