Thanks to our knowledge of the world of innovation, creativity and the ability to learn quickly, we want to be at the forefront of the startup race. We approach all projects at every stage of their implementation with enthusiasm and optimism. We have open minds and collect information from various fields and businesses to effectively connect the dots and proactively suggest profitable development paths to business partners.

We communicate honestly and directly, both with each other and with business partners. At the same time, we maintain a high level of culture of speech and respect for the interlocutor. We listen to the client, advise them, but also transparently address uncomfortable topics, because we assume that it is better to tell the truth, even difficult truth, than to remain silent. We provide feedback regularly, transparently and directly to the given person, believing that feedback is a gift. We are not afraid to provide feedback. At the same time, we are open to receiving feedback from each other and from our business partners. Thanks to this, we build lasting relationships with each other and our clients based on mutual trust and respect.

See what the standard recruitment process looks like at The Heart. It may vary depending on the position, but you'll definitely be the first to know.

During the first interview, we will tell you about The Heart and our work. We will talk about your motivation to work in our team, discuss the next stages of recruitment and confirm your availability.

The purpose of this initial meeting is to assess the potential fit of the candidate’s experience and motivations and to outline our team’s needs and vision.

We will ask you to complete a specially prepared recruitment task that will help us determine your skill level and will give you a glimpse into your future role with us.

After satisfactory completion of the task, you will have a final meeting with your future supervisor. We'll discuss your understanding of the company's vision and your contribution to it and answer any questions you may have.

That's it! If your skills and attitude match our team, we will present you with our offer.
