At the same time, we are open to receiving feedback from each other and from our business partners. Thanks to this, we build lasting relationships with each other and our clients based on mutual trust and respect.

Many of us have been working at The Heart for over 5 years, developing our skills but also often changing career paths within the organization.

During the first interview, we will tell you about The Heart and our work. We will talk about your motivation to work in our team, discuss the next stages of recruitment and confirm your availability.
The purpose of this initial meeting is to assess the potential fit of the candidate’s experience and motivations and to outline our team’s needs and vision.
We will ask you to complete a specially prepared recruitment task that will help us determine your skill level and will give you a glimpse into your future role with us.
After satisfactory completion of the task, you will have a final meeting with your future supervisor. We'll discuss your understanding of the company's vision and your contribution to it and answer any questions you may have.
