Role overview
Our Venture Building team is at the core of what we do - transforming ambitious ideas into successful, scalable ventures.
As a Venture Architect, you’ll help shape and scale new ventures from concept to launch. You’ll work closely with founders, consultants, and cross-functional teams to validate business models, tackle strategic challenges, and drive growth.
What You’ll Do
- Identify new business opportunities through market and trend analysis.
- Validate startup ideas and design scalable business models.
- Lead end-to-end venture projects - from concept to launch - including financial modeling, strategy, and roadmap creation.
- Test key assumptions through user research, prototyping, and technology validation.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring goals, budgets, and timelines are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products and ventures to market.
- Report key results and progress to leadership, clients, and investors.
- Support fundraising efforts, prepare pitch materials, and engage investors and partners.
- Drive new business development with corporate clients and expand The Heart’s venture portfolio.
- Ensure quality and strategic value across all client deliverables and advisory projects.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of professional experience in consulting, venture building, entrepreneurship, or corporate innovation.
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy, including experience in business modeling, market analysis, and go-to-market design.
- Experience leading or co-leading projects, startups, or business units, ideally in tech-driven environments.
Outstanding analytical, communication, and leadership skills. - Fluent in English and Polish.
- Comfortable navigating uncertainty and making data-driven decisions in fast-paced, changing contexts.
- Experience with frameworks such as Lean Startup, Business Model Canvas, or Design Thinking.
- Curious, resourceful, and motivated by the challenge of building something from scratch.
