Role overview
We’re looking for a Founder with an entrepreneurial spirit and drive - someone ready to turn an early-stage venture into a thriving, market-ready business. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the venture: shaping strategy, finding product-market fit, building a strong core team, and driving the business toward real traction and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a startup from early-stage to fully scaled venture.
- Set the vision, define strategy, and execute to drive real growth.
- Build, lead, and mentor your core team, shaping a high-performance culture.
- Raise capital and manage relationships with investors.
- Identify opportunities, drive business development, and shape go-to-market strategies.
- Scale operations, structure, and company culture efficiently.
- Manage risks and make key decisions to ensure venture success.
- Shape the brand and represent the company externally.
