Role overview
Our Venture Building team is at the core of what we do - transforming ambitious ideas into successful, scalable ventures.
As a Consultant, you will play a key role in advisory and venture-building projects - working closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges, validate new business models, and bring new ventures to life.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support venture-building and advisory projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery aligned with client goals.
- Conduct comprehensive business and market analyses, including market assessments, competitor research, trend identification, financial modeling, and business model validation.
- Translate research insights into strategic recommendations that inform business decisions and product directions.
- Engage stakeholders through discussions, client workshops, and presentations to validate and refine proposed solutions.
- Manage the process of gathering and defining business requirements, supporting prototype creation and solution design.
- Ensure quality, efficiency, and the highest operational standards across all project activities.
- Contribute to business development - prepare commercial offers, sales materials, and proposals for new initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning, ownership, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in business consulting, venture building, investment funds, or startup creation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and evaluate business models and new opportunities.
- Proactive, independent, and able to take full ownership of your work.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office (Notion is a plus).
- Available at least 4/5 of full-time, ideally full-time.
- Bonus: knowledge of frameworks like Business Model Canvas and Lean Startup.
