Role overview
Our Venture Building team is at the core of what we do - transforming ambitious ideas into successful, scalable ventures.
As a Business Analyst, you’ll be an essential part of this process - supporting the creation and validation of new business concepts, analyzing markets, and shaping data-driven insights that turn bold ideas into scalable ventures.
What You’ll Do
- Identify business opportunities and gather inspiration for new startups.
- Participate in building and assessing business models based on early concepts and insights.
- Validate hypotheses through market research, customer interviews, and data analysis.
- Conduct analyses in key areas - including market sizing, competitive landscape, trend identification, and customer profiling.
- Support sales activities by preparing offer materials and presentations.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of our startups, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 months of relevant professional experience (or equivalent proof of skills).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and able to take ownership of your work while managing time effectively.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office tools.
- Available at least 4/5 of full-time, ideally full-time.
- Bonus: familiarity with frameworks such as Business Model Canvas or Lean Startup.
