Scope
Support of early-stage venture teams during the validation of their business concepts developed in STRABAG’s intrapreneurship program.
The Heart's Role
Provided experienced Venture Architects to support selected team throughout the Validation Phase, up to the Demo Day.
Key activities
- Team kickoff workshop
- Two 2-day working sessions in Stuttgart
- Pitch training ahead of Demo Day
- Weekly collaboration with the team (avg. 2 days/week)
- Support in customer discovery, market validation, business model creation, and pitch development
- Close cooperation with adASTRA program team on progress reporting
Outcomes
- Investor decks and pitch-ready venture concepts
- Strategic decision on internal funding for continuation
- Increased entrepreneurial mindset within STRABAG teams
Team Composition
6 teams of 2-3 STRABAG employees each, working part-time (50%) on their venture ideas.
The Heart tasks
We supported one of the teams end-to-end as an embedded team member and strategic guide. We provided structure to the validation process, facilitated workshops, offered methodological support, and contributed to concept development and pitch preparation.
