Scope

Design and implementation of a company-wide innovation capability through the creation and activation of internal Innovation Hub.

The Heart's Role

Supported international debt collection company in creating a fully functional Innovation Hub, guiding the process from structure design to execution, and strengthening internal capabilities to drive innovation sustainably.

Key activities

  • Designed the structure and operational model of  Innovation Hub
  • Developed the brand identity and positioning of Innovation Hub
  • Co-created the Innovation Hub’s product offering and value proposition
  • Facilitated and supported initial product tests and pilot initiatives, including:
    • Loyalty program for clients
    • Crowdsourcing campaign pilot 
    • Ideation workshops with external partners

Outcomes

  • Fully operational Innovation Hub with a defined strategy, brand, and product portfolio
  • Launch of first pilot projects to validate the offering and engagement model
  • Workshops generating innovative ideas for unboxing projects
  • Increased internal ownership of innovation projects and processes
  • Increased innovation mindset within company teams

Team Composition

Depending on the activity, various stakeholders from International debt collection company side were involved including Innovation Hub Management Board, Local Leaders, as well as non-managerial staff.

The Heart tasks

We worked as an embedded partner, guiding the team through the entire journey of building their Innovation Hub. Our support included designing the structure and strategy, co-creating the product offering, developing the branding, facilitating pilot initiatives, and running and supervising capability-building programs such as the Innovation Academy.
