Role overview
We are looking for the Brand & Communication Manager who will be take responsibility for building a strong, consistent, and high-visibility narrative for The Heart and our ventures through strategic marketing, PR, content, and communication initiatives.
The ideal candidate will independently create content, manage communications, collaborate with partners, and ensure the highest standards of brand quality. The role will actively strengthen The Heart’s and its ventures’ presence within the innovation ecosystem and will report directly to the CGO.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate on and execute the marketing strategy for The Heart and its ventures, including long-term communication planning.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analyses, identify trends, audience needs, and insights that support marketing decisions, narrative development, and planning.
- Monitor campaigns and communication channels, report results, and extract insights to optimize The Heart’s and its ventures’ marketing activities.
- Create and oversee marketing and communication materials (content, graphics, ads, one-pagers, brochures, newsletters, landing pages etc. ) that support The Heart’s presence in the ecosystem: founders, corporates, scientists, and investors.
- Ensure brand visual consistency, proofread marketing materials, and support new brand development.
- Support the CEO and CGO in implementing their communication strategy and internal communications.
- Manage and coordinate external partners and vendors (agencies, service providers, freelance specialists), including briefing, supervision, and monitoring quality and deadlines.
- Manage CMS and edit websites.
- Organize and coordinate events, photoshoots, video recordings, and corporate merchandise.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, PR, or new media.
- Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and present recommendations to senior management.
- Confident communication with corporate partners, founders, and vendors.
- Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong writing and content creation skills in both Polish and English.
- High sense of ownership and readiness to act quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Understanding of and interest in technology, innovation, and venture building – nice to have.
- Experience in coordinating events, photo/video production, or working with external providers – nice to have.
