Role overview
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the overall marketing strategy at uniperks – from viral social media campaigns, through SEO and performance marketing, to building brand awareness among students across Poland. This role requires a combination of creativity and analytical thinking, the ability to create engaging content while managing budgets, and coordinating external partners with internal technical processes.
What You’ll Do
- Digital Growth & Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize digital channels, run paid campaigns, forecast results, control budgets, and scale growth while maintaining efficiency (CAC, ROAS).
- Social Media & Content (B2C): Develop and execute uniperks’ social media content strategy, test formats, and collaborate with creators and partners.
- Marketing Automation & User Journey: Design and optimize the user journey (onboarding, activation, retention), personalize communication, implement automations, and run A/B tests.
- SEO / ASO / GEO: Drive long-term demand through organic visibility of the website and app (SEO, App Store, AI/LLM), optimizing content and keywords.
- Analytics & Tracking: Measure and analyze performance across the funnel, set up tracking, report results, and monitor key KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Partnerships: Work closely with product, tech, and partnership teams to improve conversion and activation, and execute joint campaigns and activations.
What We’re Looking For
Required skills and experience:
- Autonomy: You receive goals (e.g., increasing MAU, lowering CAC, growing organic reach) and decide how to achieve them
- Growth marketing experience: Minimum 2 years in performance marketing, growth hacking, or marketing automation
- Advertising ecosystem knowledge: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
- Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret data, draw insights, and optimize campaigns
- Understanding Gen Z: Know how to communicate authentically with students
- Content creation skills: Ability to produce engaging content for both B2C (students) and B2B (brands)
- Proactivity: You don’t wait for instructions; you test hypotheses and experiment
- Multitasking: Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
Nice to have:
- Experience in startups or fast-paced environments
- Basics of marketing automation (Google Apps Script, Zapier, Make)
- Ability to leverage AI tools to increase efficiency
- Experience in ASO and SEO
- Understanding mobile marketing and attribution
- Basic graphic skills (Figma / Canva)
- Experience managing influencers or UGC creators
- Familiarity with tools like OneSignal, PostHog, or similar
- Experience creating case studies or B2B content marketing
