Role overview
Imagine a role where you connect brands with millions of students, helping companies reach Gen Z in a thoughtful and effective way.
As a Key Account Manager at uniperks, you will guide partners through the entire collaboration cycle – from first contact, onboarding onto the platform, to campaign execution and the development of new initiatives. Your role goes beyond selling media and campaign packages – it’s about building lasting relationships that bring real value to both clients and the students using uniperks.
This is a role for someone who can create trust-based partnerships, combine strategic thinking with smooth campaign execution, and take satisfaction in the success of their clients at every stage.
What You’ll Do
Client Acquisition & Development
- Establish contact with new partners and present the uniperks platform.
- Understand client needs and prepare tailored media and campaign offers.
- Close deals and secure partnerships.
Relationship Management & Growth
- Take over clients post-onboarding and develop long-term collaboration.
- Propose new partnership opportunities and media packages.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic advice to partners.
Coordination & Reporting
- Manage activities in CRM – track leads, pipeline, and sales performance.
- Collaborate with Growth and Partnerships teams on campaign implementation and activation.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in media packages, affiliate campaigns, EB, or Key Account Management.
- Proven ability to acquire new clients and develop long-term relationships – ideally combining hunter and farmer skills.
- Experience in coordinating campaigns and sales packages.
- Excellent organizational skills and independence.
- General CRM knowledge – essential for efficiently monitoring sales processes and pipeline progress.
- English proficiency sufficient for meetings and presentations.
- Experience with affiliate networks or direct client management (KAM) is a strong advantage.
