Role overview
As a Social Media Content Creator, you will create viral, authentic content for TikTok and Instagram that feels as genuine as a recommendation from a friend, not a typical ad.
Your mission is to immerse yourself in student life, capture street interviews, experiment with formats and trends, and produce content that grabs the attention of hundreds of thousands of viewers.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes TikTok, understands the psychology of scrolling, and knows how to create natural, viral content that resonates effortlessly with students.
What You’ll Do
Content Production
- Produce a minimum of 1 video per day (5–7 per week) for TikTok and Instagram.
- Create natural, authentic videos – from student to student.
- Street content – go out, capture real reactions, and experiment with different formats.
- Manage Instagram Stories and day-to-day publishing.
Strategy & Research
- Continuous research of trends, sounds, and formats in social media.
- Test different hooks and styles, analyze performance metrics.
- Optimize content for TikTok and Instagram algorithms.
What We’re Looking For
- Independence – you receive a goal (views, followers, or conversions) and figure out how to achieve it.
- Obsession with TikTok – you scroll for hours and know what’s trending.
- Mastery of hooks – the first 3 seconds decide everything.
- Confidence on camera – you feel natural in front of the lens.
- Trend-spotting skills – you can identify trends before they go mainstream.
- Basic video editing – CapCut, native TikTok editor, or similar.
- Proactivity – you don’t wait for a brief; you test and experiment independently.
Bonus points if:
- You have your own TikTok with organic reach.
- You have experience creating viral content.
- You understand the psychology of scrolling.
- You’re familiar with student life.
- You have basic copywriting skills.
